What do you actually build?
Operational systems for companies: multi-tenant platforms, bilingual sites with custom admin panels, APIs and integrations, and mobile apps on the same backend. The details are on the Services page.
How does a project run?
Four phases on every project, whatever its size: understand the requirements, design the architecture, build and test, then launch with documentation and support. We don't start building before the requirements are clear.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
Both depend on scope, so we don't quote a number before we understand your operation. We start with a free 30-minute review, then give you a straight assessment of scope, timeline and cost. For larger systems we ship a working core first and expand it in phases.
Who owns the code and the system?
Ownership terms are set in writing in the agreement before work starts, and we confirm them in the proposal. Ask us about it in the first conversation.
What technology do you use?
We pick what fits the project, not what we're used to. Our APIs are documented (REST or GraphQL), iOS and Android apps come from a single codebase, and deployment uses managed databases and CI/CD from day one. We explain the choices for your project in the proposal.
Do you support Arabic and RTL?
Yes, with native RTL support rather than translated strings. This site is in Arabic and English, and so is the SIVA site we built.
What about data protection and the PDPL?
We build tenant data isolation at the query level, roles and permissions, and an audit trail on every operation as defaults. Where the system is hosted and what the Personal Data Protection Law requires for your operation we settle with you in the understanding phase, because it differs from one project to the next. What happens after launch?
We offer monthly support contracts: monitoring, fixes, feature work and security updates, from the team that built the system and knows its code.
